Environmental Engineer-Air Permitting Compliance Leader
Philadelphia, PA area
Job Description: The Air Permitting Compliance Leader is responsible for the day-to-day implementation and administration of legally compliant Environmental Management policies, programs, and best practices at the plant. This person performs complex assignments and has sole responsibility for critical environmental programs. Some of the responsibilities include management and coordination of facility’s efforts related to compliance with Title V requirements; management and coordination of activities related to facility air compliance, including NSPS and MACT standards, and development and submittal of associated reports to agencies; development and submittal of facility emissions inventory and associated reports, including AIMS, TRI, TSCA, and emissions inventory evaluations and updates associated with projects on-site. Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years experience in high-risk industry such as chemical plants and pipelines or equivalent with demonstrated knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations implementation pertaining to “air” including Title V and MACT. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, relevant sciences or specific environmental discipline.
